Sports Physicals-Bloom Pediatrics

As we prepare for the upcoming football season, we want to remind you that an up-to-date sports physical is required for all athletes to participate this year, as mandated by Birmingham Public Schools (BPS).

We’re pleased to share that Bloom Pediatrics—along with our fellow football mom, Dr. Anne Groebe—is offering sports physicals at both their Birmingham and Southfield locations for just $50

Important Information:

• Physicals must be dated on or after April 15, 2025 to be valid for the 2025-2026 school year.
• This is a requirement to play football this season.
